Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces (to serve 6)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 (8 oz.) can cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Trim off and discard fat from chicken.
    In shallow bowl, combine flour, ginger, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken lightly with seasoned flour.
    Reserve remaining flour.
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1/2 of margarine.
    Add chicken and brown for 5 minutes on each side.
    Remove chicken and reserve.
    Add remaining margarine, flour and onion to skillet.
    Cook, stirring for 3 minutes until onion is softened.
    Gradually stir in orange juice.
    Add cranberry sauce and honey.
    Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer on medium heat 20 minutes until cooked through.
