Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter, flour and sugar together until size of peas. Add eggs and beat until fluffy; stir in milk and blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust; sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer.
