Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spinach noodles
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken stock
    3/4 c. stuffed green olives, halved
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (reserve enough for top)
Preparation
    Cook and cube chicken.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine until translucent.
    Mix everything together and pour into a 3-quart rectangular casserole.
    Top with a little cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
