Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen dough, rolled out thin
sausage, precooked and drained
2 1/2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 slightly beaten egg
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except cheese.
Put ingredients in middle of dough and spread roll as jelly roll.
Spread egg over roll, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
