Yam-Pecan Cake With Orange Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. mashed yams (canned, boiled or baked)
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    In a large mixing bowl, put the cake mix and the chopped pecans.
    Mix well.
    Add the dissolved gelatin, eggs, oil, mashed yams, grated orange rind and orange juice. Beat according to directions on cake mix package. Pour batter into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool cake and top with Orange Frosting.
