Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, well drained
    1 c. sugar
    5 tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz Crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour & sugar. Pour over pineapple which has been put into a greased glass baking dish (small 8x8). Add cheese over top & then sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Pour melted margarine over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
