Sourdough Biscuits Or Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water.
Add buttermilk, oil and sugar.
Add baking powder, soda, salt and flour to make sticky dough.
Place in covered bowl in refrigerator and use as needed. Do not let rise.
Pull off and roll biscuits as needed or put into muffin pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
(Dough will keep in refrigerator 1 week to 10 days.)
