Baked Peppers And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green or red peppers
1 lb. potatoes
1 large onion
olive oil cooking spray
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash peppers and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Wash potatoes and cut into 1-inch slices or chunks.
Do not peel.
Peel onion and cut into chunks.
Put everything in baking dish.
Lightly spray vegetables with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
