Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 chopped onion
    4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. pimentos
Preparation
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, broth, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add chicken, celery, pimento, almonds, water chestnuts, onion, eggs and 1 cup of Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Put into casserole dish; top with the remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
