Posh Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
    1 c. mayo.
    1 c. (8 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
    1 sm. onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 T. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash in boiling salted water to cover for 10 - 15 mins. or until tender.
    Drain and cool slightly.
    Combine mayo, cheese, onion, eggs, salt and pepper:
    stir until well combined. Add squash, stir.
    Pour squash mixture in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish
    Combine bread crumbs and butter.
    Spoon over squash.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
