Cold Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole eye round roast
    red or green peppers
    Spanish onions
    tomato
    lettuce
    vinegar
    black ground pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Cook the meat by boiling in a deep pot, covered with water, and 1 tablespoon each of salt, onions, green peppers and tomato. When meat is soft enough (1 1/2 hours), cut it into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place on plate in this order, 1 slice meat, lettuce, tomato, red or green peppers and onions, all sliced.
    Prepare a dressing with the vinegar, black pepper and salt.
