Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)
    1/2 jar wheat germ
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2/3 c. honey
    2 tsp. vanilla
    almonds (optional)
    coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add liquid and mix again.
    Stir in nuts, coconut, etc.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
