Hot Dried Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    4 oz. pkg. or jar dried beef, shredded
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add milk to softened cream cheese.
    Snip beef with kitchen shears.
    Add seasoning and blend well.
    Place in pie plate.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with crackers or Fritos.
    May also be served uncooked as a cold dip.
