Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large bell peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger and onion together until onion is tender. Drain fat.
Add other ingredients.
Heat thoroughly.
Stuff peppers lightly.
Bake, covered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover
and bake 15 minutes longer.
