Barbecued Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 thin sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 slices lemon
    3 lb. venison
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except venison); bring to a boil. Stir occasionally while simmering for 10 minutes. Pour over venison that has been sauteed in hot fat to brown. Roast in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 to 2 hours. It would pay to turn occasionally.
