Cranberry Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 2 large cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Add milk, vanilla, egg and orange peel.
Combine dry ingredients.
Gradually add to creamed mixture until just blended.
Fold in nuts and cranberries. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
