Breakfast Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells, unbaked
    6 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Line pie crust with cheese; top with sausage.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; heat. Pour over sausage in shells.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serve hot out of oven.
