O Susannah Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped pecans
7 oz. coconut
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 jar caramel topping
Preparation

Toast pecans and coconut until golden brown; let cool.
Mix cream cheese and milk together and then fold in Cool Whip.
Layer in prepared pie shells 2 layers of cream cheese mixture, pecans and coconut.
Drizzle caramel topping over pecans.
Layer again.
