Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can French green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 box Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in casserole.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Crush Ritz crackers.
Pour 1 stick melted butter over crackers until all crumbs are buttered.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Return to oven for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
