Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
juice of 2 oranges
grated rind of 1 orange
juice of 6 lemons
1 large handful fresh mint
ginger ale
Preparation

Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved (about 5 to 10 minutes).
Add juices and orange rind.
Pour hot mixture over mint and let it steep 1 hour.
Strain.
