Icing For Gingerbread House - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. clear vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add powdered sugar slowly.
    When mixed, add tartar and vanilla.
    Use icing to put graham crackers around a milk carton.
    Decorate with candy canes, M&M's, etc.
