Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Chocolate Syrup
1/3 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 qt. Chocolate Chip Ice Cream-Softened (Reserve 1/4 Cup)

Preparation

Coat sides of 8-inch pie dish.
Combine syrup and chips.
Heat until hot.
Combine remaining chocolate and cereal.
Pat in pie dish.
Freeze firm.
Combine other half of chocolate mix and sour cream.
Mix well.
Spread half the ice ream on frozen pie crust. Layer again and freeze.
