Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    4 lb. chicken pieces (with bones) or 2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken, cut in small pieces
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken pieces in a large pot of water until tender. Remove bones if chicken with bones is used. Saut onion in margarine. Add seasonings and chicken. Saut about 10 minutes longer. Add sour cream and mix well. Add Dumplings and mix well. Heat through and serve. Serves 8.
