Creamy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 medium cucumber, chopped fine
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Stir jello, boiling water, vinegar and salt until Jell-O is completely dissolved.
    Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).
    Stir in next 3 ingredients. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours.
