Oven "Fried" Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 egg whites, beaten slightly
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. scallions, minced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all together; shape into patties, about 8.
    Bake on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonfat coating for about 8 to 10 minutes to brown.
