Mary'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in
    water.
    Add salt, sugar, water and 4 cups of the
    flour;
    beat
    with\ta
    fork
    until bubbly and let stand, covered until double in bulk.
    Add eggs, sugar and oil; blend well.
    Add\trest of flour.\tKnead on floured board until smooth. Divide in
    half,
    roll out.
    Sprinkle well with sugar and cinnamon after
    spreading
    with butter.
    Roll up and slice into 1-inch slices.
    Place
    on\tgreased
    cookie
    sheet and let rise until double.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 1/2 to 4 dozen rolls.
