Baked Flounder(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season fish with salt and pepper.
    Mix juice and margarine.
    Dip fish into margarine mixture.
    Place in a greased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Pour remaining margarine mix over fish.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
