Nutty Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; blend in eggs, carrots and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Frost with Vanilla Frosting.
