Date Nut Tarts - cooking recipe

6 oz. cream cheese
2 sticks margarine
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
Preparation

Shells:
Soften cream cheese and 2 sticks of margarine.
Mix in flour.
Chill.
Divide into thirds.
Roll out one section until thin and cut into rounds with a regular biscuit cutter.
Fit into small muffin tins.
The dough doesn't come to the top of tins.
