Tarragon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 shallots, minced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
Preparation

In a skillet, over medium heat, melt butter.
Add shallots. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms; saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove vegetables; keep warm.
