Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped leftover chicken meat
    1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped sweet (or dill) pickle
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    1 c. frozen green peas
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Refrigerate and serve.
