Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Campbell's tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix tomato soup with ground beef, rice, egg, onion, parsley and salt.
    Shape into balls about 1 1/2-inches in diameter (about 16).
