Strawberry Nut Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
In bowl, combine strawberries, eggs and oil.
In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and nuts. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Pour batter into pans.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
