Lemon Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 ??? butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
halved candied cherries or pecans
Preparation

Sift together flour and baking powder; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add lemon juice and peel until well combined.
Stir in flour mixture, mixing until smooth.
Refrigerate dough.
Cover 1 hour.
