Kookie Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo or butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar (white or brown)
    2 c. flour
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Combine the oleo or butter, vanilla and salt. Beat in the sugar.
    Add the flour.
    Stir in the chocolate chips and peanuts. Pat firmly onto a 13 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
