Coconut Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 pkg. frozen or fresh grated coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavor
Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese.
Add sugar gradually until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Add coconut and vanilla flavors.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
