Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring (add as desired)

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Cook over slow heat until slow boil begins, stirring constantly.
