Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
5 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
4 beaten eggs
Preparation

Divide frozen bread dough in half.
Spread in greased 10 x 10-inch or 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with 1 or 2 layers sliced pepperoni, shredded cheese and beaten eggs.
Top with other half of bread dough; brush top with beaten egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden and eggs are cooked.
