Holiday Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked in skins
2 large onions
1 lb. mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Saute mushrooms and onions separately.
Peel cooked potatoes. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese together.
Mix salt, pepper and thyme.
Layer sliced potatoes, onions and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with mixed spices.
Top with sour cream/cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers.
