Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, grated
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 cans potato soup
    2 cans minced clams, partially drained
    1 small can diced carrots
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery until tender (not brown), then add to soup mixture.
    Also add light cream, salt and pepper.
    Garnish with parsley.
