Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. instant grits
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cut margarine and Velveeta cheese in small lumps in large saucepan.
    Add water and salt.
    Bring to a boil and add grits. Turn off stove; stir until smooth.
    Then add beaten eggs.
    Pour into large, greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until top starts browning.
