Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    lightly.
    Add
    sugar
    and salt; blend well. Add vanilla
    and
    milk.
    Flour
    pie plate.
    Pour into pastry-lined plate and sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to
    15 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until custard is firm.
    Makes 2 pies.
