Oven Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Dice potatoes.
In saucepan over very low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Slowly stir in milk. Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add horseradish and potatoes. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place potatoes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
