Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. curly edge lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
hot tomato sauce
1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
1 lb. hot Italian sausage links, sliced
Preparation

Cook noodles as per package directions and keep separated between wax paper.
Reserve 10 to 12 slices Mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese for top.
In 8-quart foil pan, 17 x 12 x 3-inch, alternate layers of noodles, sauce and cheeses.
Set pan on large baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cook and drain sausage slices and arrange with reserved Mozzarella and Parmesan and bake 10 minutes more.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
