Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    6 c. water
    6 c. chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. fine noodles
    2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli or 1 head
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute oil, onion and carrot in pan.
    Put 6 cups water and 6 chicken bouillon cubes or chicken broth with fat removed in large pan.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add first mixture, cooked, drained, fine noodles, broccoli (cleaned and chopped) and salt.
    Bring to slow boil.
    Add garlic salt.
    Just before serving add milk and Velveeta cheese.
    Makes a large amount and is really good.
