Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced beets, drained
    1 c. beet juice, fill with water to make 1 c.
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) box orange jello
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring juice, vinegar and sugar to a boil.
    Add jello and let cool.
    Add all other ingredients and pour into mold.
    Refrigerate.
