Cranberry Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add mayonnaise and beat until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice, pinch of salt and cinnamon. Chill until slightly firm. Beat until fluffy.
Use fork to break up cranberries in can. Fold into gelatin mixture along with remaining ingredients.
Chill until firm.
Serves 12 or more.
