Curried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed chicken
2 onions, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 to 1 lb. sour cream
1 Tbsp. curry paste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute chicken, onions and bell pepper until chicken is done and vegetables are limp.
Stir in sour cream and then add curry paste.
Delicious served over cooked rice.
