Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. extra sharp aged cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make into a long roll and wrap in waxed paper.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Will keep a week or two and you can cook as you need them.
    To cook, slice into 1/4 inch slices and bake at 350 degrees to 375 degrees for about ten minutes.
