Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 9-inch pie pastry
Preparation

Put sugar, flour, and cornmeal in large bowl; toss with fork. Add eggs, melted butter, milk, lemon rind, and lemon juice. Beat until blended. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes. No topping is necessary; cornmeal and lemon rind rise to top of pie during baking to form a crust.
